Open Reserve Positions

We are currently hiring experienced professionals in Executive Protection, Emergency Response, Personal Security Details, and Risk and Security Teams. If you’re passionate about making a difference and ensuring safety at the highest levels, we’d love to hear from you.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in Executive Protection, Emergency Response, Personal Security Details, or Risk and Security Teams.
A valid Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) permit or concealed weapon permit.
Relevant certifications, such as VA, MD, DC Conceal Carry Weapon (CCW) , CA (BSIS) Guard Card, and Firearms Card (based on state).
Physical fitness to respond effectively to emergencies or hazards.
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor.
Preferred background in customer service, hospitality, military, or law enforcement.
Additional training in incident response, CPR/AED, or emergency medicine is an asset.

Client Safety: Protect clients, their families, and properties at all times.
Ethical Standards: Align with clients’ core values and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
Security Oversight: Manage logs, visitor records, vehicle inspections, and security systems (intrusion detection, panic alarms, CCTV).
Access Control: Supervise entry and exit of visitors, employees, and vendors.
Effective Communication: Coordinate with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
Proactive Monitoring: Identify and report suspicious activity or potential security risks.
Operational Readiness: Respond promptly to attacks, hazards, or emergencies in fast-paced environments.
Continuous Improvement: Build relationships with clients and leadership to optimize security measures.
